Void Filling and Concrete Raising

Washout and animal damage can leave you with voids under your concrete that will cause them to sink. Filling these voids with mudjacking material will raise the section to the correct level and support the concrete's weight.

What is Mudjacking?

Mudjacking is a cost-effective alternative to replacing concrete. Mudjacking or concrete raising can usually be done for less than half the cost of pouring new concrete. However, the savings may be even greater since when concrete raising, the costs of demolition, removal, and landscaping are eliminated.

Concrete Grinding

Concrete grinding is an alternative solution to mudjacking for the maintenance and repair of trip hazards. The cost for concrete grinding is less than replacement, and in most cases, grinding can correct misaligned slabs of up to two inches.

Polyurethane Concrete Raising

Polyurethane is another alternative option to traditional mudjacking.
Here are some benefits to using polyurethane.

  • 5/8” injection holes
  • Spreads into 1/32” voids
  • Compressive and tensile strength
  • Lightweight – will not overburden soil
  • Sub-seals floor
